SIS Education is an educational establishment, that handles Armenia's brain drain by supporting Armenian students' quest to study at world-leading educational establishments and guiding them to engage in the world's most influential think tanks and powerhouses, aiming to create a robust international network of young leaders empowered to shape the future of Armenia and design innovative solutions to global challenges.

Significant efforts are being invested in building the Saghatelyan Institute as a strong, hard-working, self-confident community with a clear mission and not simply simply as an NGO. This institution aims to give momentum to youth capacities. It is meant to become a kind of "school" that creates outstanding individuals devoted to democratic values and considerate aspirations.

Below is a brief overview of some of the key ideas for implementing the project to guide Armenian students to engage in world-leading educational establishments and powerhouses.

1. The first principle can be conventionally formulated as handling Armenia's brain drain by reshaping it into a strategic export.

Besides the general academic definition, brain drain is when youth leave the homeland, breaking ties and burning bridges, filled with disgust; this, unfortunately, is the actual image today. Strategic export is when people temporarily leave, with support and blessings of the country/national institution with a global outlook, as the country's ambassador, full of determination to serve the nation and humanity.

2. Second, the formation of our country's "Peaceful Army" through SIS Education.

In this contemporary world, external factors are undoubtedly out of our reach; therefore, we need to create solid ranks in the world's think tanks. These ranks should be composed of professionally competent individuals with a global mindset, integrated into the foreign orders, but connected with Armenia with inseparable wires, well-aware of the country's problems and hardships.

Below is a brief overview of the existing 4 departments, and another 2 departments, that will be created soon.

Existing

➤1st Department. Support students' quest to study at world-leading Universities.

➤2nd Department. Support students' quest to study at leading American/Armenian/British secondary/high schools.

➤3rd Department. Identify 13-14-year-olds with exceptional abilities to engage them in 1st and 2nd departments by making financial and advisory investments in the future.

➤4th Department. Support young leaders' quest to attend prestigious international summits, round tables, seminars, courses, scientific conferences, sessions, scientific-technological-cultural competitions, exhibitions, and start-up competitions.

TBC soon.

➤5th Department. Create a think tank involving the beneficiaries of the 1st, 4th and 6th departments, aiming to contribute to Armenia's development, cooperating with state institutions and non-governmental organizations.

➤6th Department. Create a council, which will include world-famous Armenians and foreigners, ready to devote their time and knowledge to the next generation, as well as to carry out strategic research, participate in discussions, and various scientific and social works aimed at generating a road map to contribute to Armenia's development, and especially tackling of human rights issues.

The tentative overall duration of SIS Education is as follows.

Phase 1․ Launch all six departments of SIS Education

Phase 2․ Start after involving at least 50 members in each department until 2024. The First Global Youth Congress will be convened to propose the strategic tasks of the network, where the fundamental ideology and road map for the next seven years will be adopted, gathering the influential youth engaged in the most powerful organizations worldwide.

Phase 3․ Start after involving 250 members in each department until 2027. The Second Global Youth Congress will be convened to represent roadmaps of solving Armenia's internal problems concluded by young leaders, which will be presented to the state to involve these individuals in the governing apparatus on a volunteer basis(SIS Education will compensate by offering more influential opportunities before taking a “fellowship” in Armenia)

Phase 4․ Start after involving at least 1000 members in each department until 2031. To convene the First Global Congress to raise national-strategic issues, stating that we will not change the ideology principles, adapting them to SIS Education leaders, but will force them to relentlessly advance national goals and build a "National Council" involving the most influential organizations and individuals.

During all of these stages, 30-35% of the members(different people with various timing) will constantly have a physical presence in Armenia to impact the national life in many roles from state or private organizations, NGOs, particularly in the field of education and science, to contribute to forming a science-based society that would accept and get involved in informs in coming years, thus re-evaluating our existence in this contemporary world, by being dedicated to strengthening global democracy by improving and expanding civic engagement and inclusive dialogue, and by supporting inquiry that leads to real-world change.

In Conclusion

Bearing all that has been said in mind, we must state that SIS Education will create a well-considered, continuous chain of networks. The chain will lead to an overall picture that over the next 12 years, 10,000 Armenians and 3,000 international individuals will be in the SIS Education, connecting the whole world in a vast, robust network that will target and concentrate all its efforts at any moment Armenia to achieve its national goals in the sake of humanitarian values and world community, securing sustainable development for the whole world, thus re-evaluating our existence in this contemporary world, by being dedicated to strengthening global democracy by improving and expanding civic engagement and inclusive dialogue, and by supporting inquiry that leads to real-world change.
